白雞冠發酵度較一般岩茶為低, 是少見的輕度烘焙品種, 岩韻與香氣香味獨特, 茶力特強.
這2012年正岩老樅白雞冠經過歲月陳化,茶質,韻味更醇厚內歛.
產地: 中國福建武夷山
沖泡方法： 工夫, 碗中茶
提示：一般建議用工夫茶沖法勁濃沖泡，去完全感受茶力。但如果第一次沖岩茶，可以試由淡開始沖. 碗中茶都是一個不錯的選擇.
