This Sun Yi Shun Aged Liu An is made from old-grown tree, aged in Hong Kong for over 20 years. Well-aged sheng (raw) Liu An is very hard to find nowadays. This tea is thick, sweet, rich and complex, with strong Qi. Liu An tea is very unique as it is made in a basket, it gives a completely different experience comparing to other black tea like Liu Bao or Pureh.
Liu An is particularly mild, if you find some teas could be too cooling for you, definitely should try this tea.
Origin: Anhui province, China
Brewing method: gongfu, sidehandle, boiled
Brewing tips: try boiling the spent leaves for 15-20min after a few round of steepings in sidehandle or gong fu
