This cake was a private order. It is sweet, with plum and complex long-lasting flavour. It's made with tight compression, but it had been well-aged and transformed better than expected in the last 20 years.
The tea is broken down from a whole cake. A whole cake is also available. The size of a whole cake is 357g when it was made, but there are often weight loss over the years because of aging.
