GABA is an amazing oolong tea that can help you relax and even promote healthy sleep. GABA is an acronym for "gamma-Aminobutyric acid," which is a neurotransmitter found naturally in the brains of all mammals.

All tea has GABA, but when the tea is withered in a vacuum, the amount spikes drastically. The effects of drinking GABA are not intoxicating. It has a mild calming effect, which relaxes the muscles and helps you sleep deeper. We love to drink it in the evening. This tea is is MOA-certified organic.
