2022 Phoenix Dancong Tea
Song Varietal Phoenix Dancong is the oldest and most famous varietal of tea from Phoenix Mountain. This tea is uplifting, delicate with honey, flowery orchid, floral and fruity flavour. Since it is from an old-grown tree, it is powerful and long-lasting as well.
Origin: Fenghuangzhen, Chaozhou, Guang Dong Province, China
Brewing method: gongfu, leaves in a bowl
Brewing tips: water must not be too hot and try not to make it too strong, else the tea can go bitter easily. Do try leaves in a bowl as the water cools down quicker. You can steep it longer if you want it to go stronger.
Storage: put in airtight container, avoid sunlight, recommend to drink it within 3 years.
