Red Sun Rising is an amazing example of beautiful Qimen red tea. It comes from a rich, organic and biodiverse garden. All the tea trees in this farm are seed-propagated, which is incredibly rare in this day and age.
Red Sun Rising has been aged for a few years. It is bold yet sweet, powerful like a dian hong, with much less strength and power, and an added delicacy and refinement that bring grace to the table.
Origin: Qimen, Anhui Province, China
Brewing method: gongfu, sidehandle
Brewing tips: This is a very special aged tea, hence we recommend to brew it in gongfu teapot in order to enjoy the full flavours. You can also brew it in a sidehandle, but like some other red teas, try not to brew it with water that is too hot.
