Oolong Tea - Iron Goddess (Tieguanyin)
Oolong Tea - Iron Goddess (Tieguanyin)
Oolong Tea
This classic Tieguanyin tea is made in the most traditional way. It is both complex and long-lasting, with hints of charcoal aroma, herbs and nutty. The Qi is powerful, with an uplifting and bold vibrancy.
Origin: Anxi County, Quanzhou, Southern Fujian Province
Brewing method: gongfu, sidehandle
Brewing tips: usually recommend to brew in gongfu in order to fully enjoy the strength and strong Qi of the tea, however, if it is your first time trying Tieguanyin, try brewing it lighter first as it could be too strong for first timer. Brew in a sidehandle to enjoy it in another way is also not a bad idea.
Storage: put in airtight container, avoid sunlight
